KADAL - Founder's Note

I have spent my professional life working closely with people and organizations both at the grass roots and middle leadership levels - across the growth, conflict, transition and renewal phases. Over the years, one truth I have encountered many times: strong missions need equally strong organizations behind them, driven by consistent change and built by committed leadership at all levels.

In the social sector purpose is never short of supply. What is often stretched are systems, leadership bandwidth and people processes that can sustain the mission beyond individuals, funding cycles or moments of crises. My most cherished experience in this aspect is being part of a journey of a NGO transforming to large size successful public limited company over a decade.

 

I founded KADAL Consulting services in 2017 with a simple but firm belief: NGOs and community organizations deserve the same quality of organizational thinking as any corporate - without being forced in corporate models that don't fit their reality.

 

KADAL's work in the last decade has shaped by deep respect for the constraints social organization operate within – limited resources, complex stakeholders expectations and emotionally demanding work environments. At the same time, I strongly believe that empathy without discipline weakens the organization, and discipline without empathy erodes trust. HR and leadership must hold both.

Our consulting is not about glossy frameworks and quick fixes. It is about building clarity, capability and confidence over time - especially at the grass-roots and middle layers where the real work happens.
