Dr. Jayashree A G
Dr. Jayashree A.G. is the Founder and CEO of KADAL, a management consulting practice dedicated to capacity building of institutions that serve the grassroots. With a MBA & PhD in Business Management and over 25 years of extensive experience as a learning and development professional, she brings a unique blend of academic depth and field-based practice to organizational development in the social sector. She loves to design business solutions that centre on building human capability ecosystems. Her advanced training and practice in counselling psychology, psychometrics, behaviour science, spirituality and yoga for human excellence make her approach to problem solving phenomenal. She has worked closely with founders, Board, CXOs, and Govt. Officials and at the grassroots. Through KADAL, she is committed to bridging the gap between leadership intent and execution excellence for sustainable growth. Her passion to work with people at the grassroots level has ensured her in-depth understanding of the rural landscape and its people.

Vasantha Pratha
Vasantha Pratha is a governance, public policy, and institutional transformation specialist with over 15 years of international experience advising governments, multilateral organizations, and development partners across Asia, Africa, and the United States. She is currently a pre-vetted expert on the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Global Policy Network Roster, supporting advisory engagements in governance, digital transformation, and institutional reform. Her experience spans public sector modernization, fiscal transparency, developing systems and processes for good governance, digital governance, leadership development, and stakeholder engagement, with organizations including the United Nations Foundation, World Bank, USAID, FCDO, and the Asian Development Bank. Known for her collaborative approach and strategic insight, she helps organizations navigate complex challenges, strengthen institutional effectiveness, and deliver sustainable development outcomes. Specialties: Institution building, knowledge management, capacity development, policy analysis, program implementation, fiscal reforms, governance, transparency & accountability.

Sasi Eyunni
With over 25 years of experience in Capacity building, Eyunni Sasi has enjoyed every moment of it. Equally comfortable in the corporate and development sector, Sasi is someone who is able to connect across geographies, genders and demographics. An expert in Communication Skills and English language training, Sasi's biggest strength is her ability to elevate these trainings while being able to bring them to a level where even the most complex language issues seem remarkably easy. This is particularly helpful while working with an audience that belongs to the marginalized section of society. Her exposure to the corporate sector brings in the element of professionalism and diplomacy required for individuals to make a mark. Making a difference' is what she likes to do and does best.

Nazeema Shaik
Nazeema Shaik specializes in education and child psychology. She has guided many adolescents through the career path mentoring program of UNDP and Telangana Social Welfare Department. Her core strengths lies in creating structuring learning material by comprehensive curriculum analysis and specialized instructional modules—into highly organized, intuitive, and visually captivating learning tools.. Her instructional work spans English, Arabic, Telugu, and Urdu. Incidentally she is the Co-Founder of Raithan Agri Logistics Private Limited, a Start-up by her husband that serves the farmers constrained by resources to get farm tools and equipment through a mobile application in getting timely assistance of tools and equipment. At Raithan she seamlessly bridges the gap between structured operations and people management, directly overseeing Human Resource Management to build cohesive, high-performing teams.

Narisetti Shruthi
An Engineer first with an intent to be useful, Shruthi’s association with development work began as a Volunteer. The path later led to her pursuing a Rural Development Management Degree from NIRD&PR and meeting a set of mentors who crafted her journey further. She is associated with a development consultancy organisation offering livelihood support services across consulting areas: visioning, strategic planning and institutional building; design and strategic/project management support; livelihoods analysis/ scoping support; learning support; long-term support; project assessment support; management (process, implementation) support and e-services. She believes in the unlearning-learning-relearning continuum and makes reflection and internalisation of learning the core of whatever she does.
