Who Are We?

Strengthening people and systems behind social impact

We believe HR in NGOs is not an administrative function. It is a guardian of purpose, culture and accountability. We strengthen HR and leadership to be empathetic to people, firm on values and disciplined in systems – so that the mission is protected even as organization grow or change.

We work through a flexing consulting model, where the internal teams, senior consultants and contextual specialists collaborate as one extended organization

We engage in an intentionally lean, phased and realistic manner – aligned to funding cycles and organization capacity

We focus on consistency and continuity and not volume or intensity

We prioritize leadership, HR Capacity building, culture and values alignment, Governance-conscious people practices and practical systems

KADAL's core strength lies in developing grassroots and mid-level talent – the people who ensure programme run, communities are served and organizational memory is retained.

Who Are We Not?

Clarity builds trust – Right partnerships happen with clear communication

Not a transactional consulting firm

We do not offer one-off reports or recommendations that sit on shelves. Our work is designed to be applied, owned and sustained by the organization.

Not a volume driven service provider

We work with very limited organizations at a time to ensure depth, continuity and senior level involvement.

Not a 'corporate-HR' transplant

We do not impose corporate frameworks on NGOs without regard to their context, values or resource realities. Every intervention is adapted to the social sector's unique eco-system.

Not replacement for internal teams

Our role is to strengthen leadership and HR capability – not to create long-term dependency on external consultants.

Not disconnected from the ground

Our work remains rooted in grassroots realities, everyday challenges, and people who deliver impact on the field.
